Important Dates - Fall 2025 CASL

7/1/25 Team registration opens
7/1/25 CASL financial aid opens
7/1/25 Player registration opens
7/15/25 Team registration closes
7/31/25 Finacial aid closes CASL
8/4/25 Coaches Meeting - MHSAA building, times for ages TBD
8/4-8/17/25 Initial Scheduling period (no fees to schedule)
8/18/24 Reschedule fees start
8/30/25 Normal player registration closes
9/1/25 Late player registration opens
9/6/25 First weekend of games
9/10/25 Late player registration closes
11/6/25 Last day of Fall games

Coaches Responsibility

Each player needs to complete the CASL medical release form. Coaches MUST carry the CASL medical release form to all games and practices

All players have signed the Code of Conduct form.

All players have read and signed Concussion Facts.

Complete background check (through GotSport account) yearly.

Complete concussion training (through GotSport account) every 3 years.

Complete Safe Sport training (through GotSport account) yearly.

Establish assistant coaches and make sure they have all the requirements fulfilled.

Ensure each player has proof of age. Proof of age must be submitted for all players at least once in their lifetime while playing in CASL. Proof of age can be:
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Adoption Certificate
- Certificate of Naturalization
- School Record

All CASL coaches must obtain at least a USSF E license within (1) year of coaching any CASL team.

All coaches (including assistants) must apply for and receive a risk management clearance from MSYSA via GotSport.
